• This apartment can be rented with the upper level.  There is an indoor stairway that we'll unlock for you if you rent both spaces.
  
• 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds.

• At ground level with paved off-street parking
• The upper and lower levels have separate driveways, parking areas, and entrances.  The lower level driveway is off of Tower Avenue.
• TV in the living room
• We provide a starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, shampoo, cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, and facial tissue so you don't have to purchase or pack those items unless you want to.
