• Sleeps 15 in beds with no additional setup.  Five extra guest mattresses and 2 Pack-N-Plays are also available.
  • 10 bedrooms: 5 with queen beds and 5 with twins (one per room)
  • 9 of the bedrooms have a private half bathroom, the 10th has a 3/4 bath with a walk-in shower
  • Handicap accessible, with parking near the door.  House at ground level, grab bars in all bathrooms, 2 step-in showers, wide doorways
  • There's paved off-street parking for 5 vehicles (7 if you don't mind blocking each other in).  There's also plenty of on-street parking.  Large vehicle and trailer parking isn't a problem.
  • The upper and lower levels have separate driveways, parking areas, and entrances.  The upper level driveway is on 2nd Street. 
  • The large kitchen is set up to cook for a crowd, and has dishes for 20+.
  • The dining room is usually set up for 8-10 guests, and we will supply folding tables and chairs to expand seating capacity so your whole family can enjoy sit-down meals together. 
  • We'll provide up to ten folding tables and chairs for crafting retreats, in addition to the two dining room tables. (Only 8 of the 6-foot tables fit in the dining room.)
  • Attached heated garage is used as a game room with air hockey, foosball, bumper pool, TV, chairs, bean bags.
  • Extra fridge/freezer in the laundry room

  • 3 outdoor spaces to enjoy warm weather: 2 decks and the front entry area.  There's also a nice grassy area with room for kids to run.
  • We provide a starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, hand soap, shampoo, cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, and facial tissue so you don't have to purchase or pack those items unless you want to.
